Website maintenance that keeps you growing

The work that determines how a website performs happens after launch. The GrowthHub is where we do it: new pages, design, SEO and AEO, and changes based on real data.

WHY IT MATTERS

What we find when
we take a website over

Every website we take on arrives with the same backlog: a service that is not listed, a case study nobody wrote up, a page everyone agrees is wrong. None of it was ever urgent enough to interrupt a week, so none of it got done.

FAQ

Questions we hear. Answers that matter.

What does website maintenance include?

The GrowthHub covers new pages from wireframe to publication, changes to existing pages, the technical side (CMS, integrations, front end, and back end), and SEO and AEO. Design outside the website is included: presentations, social, and campaign material. We do not do post-production on that material. It is not a repair contract.

How much does website maintenance cost?

The fee is fixed monthly and set by the work you want done, not by a package size. We agree on it before anything starts, and it changes only if both sides agree. The minimum term is six months. If you leave early, you pay the balance of the term and nothing else.

Can you take over a website you did not build?

Yes. The GrowthHub is open to websites we did not build. We start by going through what exists, the platform, the structure, the content, and the technical state, and then agree on the first month’s priorities with you. Webflow, Shopify, and custom code are all within what we work with.

Is branding included in the GrowthHub?

No. Branding runs as a project, not within the GrowthHub. If you need a brand built or rebuilt, we do that first, and the GrowthHub carries it forward. Design work outside the website is included: presentations, social, and campaign material, all in the brand you already have.

How do I know what I am paying for each month?

You see the board. Every task sits in one of three states: not started, in progress, or done, and you can open it whenever you want. At the end of each month, you get a report on what changed and what it was worth. Nothing happens out of sight.

What happens at the end of the six months?

It renews automatically for another six months. To stop it, tell us at least one month before the current term ends, and the GrowthHub will finish on the last day of that term.
