What marketing teams need to know before switching
What makes Gig & Grow different from other Webflow agencies?
We’re not an agency. Agencies move from project to project and disappear once the launch is done. We act as your GrowOps team — embedded in your business, continuously involved, and accountable for real results. We build your website, but we don’t stop there. We manage, optimize, and continuously grow your digital presence over time.
What timezone do you operate in?
We’re based in Porto, Portugal (GMT/WET). UK and European clients benefit from full business-day coverage and real-time collaboration. For clients in the US East Coast, we provide strong morning overlap (typically from 4am–12pm EST).
Will our marketing team actually be able to manage the site?
That's the whole point. We build for marketing independence, intuitive CMS structures, component libraries, live training. Your team owns their website. No more tickets. No more waiting on engineering.
How long does a typical project take?
A full brand and website project typically runs 8 to 12 weeks from kickoff to launch. A standalone Webflow build, where design is already done, usually takes 4 to 6 weeks. We scope every project individually so you always know the timeline before anything starts.
How do you handle migrations from legacy CMS?
We’ve helped businesses migrate and rebuild websites from platforms like WordPress, Shopify, and fully custom systems. Our process is designed to ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption, preserving SEO performance, site structure, and user experience. A seamless launch isn’t a bonus for us, it’s the baseline standard we work by.
