We rebuilt Fairlight's website from the information architecture up, so the website carries the strategy behind the work, not just the work itself. From wireframes to a modular Webflow build, their team can extend it without us.

Who is Fairlight Creative?
Fairlight is a strategy-led creative studio based in Hitchin, working across content production, brand strategy, and live brand moments. Their guiding principle is to start with strategy through a framework they call the Red Thread, which connects every creative decision back to the client's business objectives.
What were the main goals for this new website?
Fairlight sells strategically led creative. Their whole argument is that work should be measurably effective and not only visually strong. The old website showed the output and said almost nothing about the thinking that produces it, so visitors were reading them as a creative vendor rather than the strategic partner they are.
The new website had to close the distance between the positioning and the impression. Every page needed to carry the argument for how Fairlight works, and every content decision needed to lead the visitor towards one outcome: making contact.

Our Approach
Information architecture and wireframes
We started with the structure. A full sitemap and wireframes for every key page, with each content decision made against one question: does this move the visitor closer to contact?
Design
Visual impact and strategic clarity are not opposites. The design carries the creativity and the sophistication that Fairlight sells, without losing sight of turning visitors into enquiries.
Development
Built in Webflow with the Client-First methodology, as a modular system their team can extend without us. New pages come out of components that already exist.
SEO and performance
Search and performance were part of the foundation and not a pass at the end. The structure, the page speed, and the markup were decided while the website was being built.
